Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern access to AI Haircut Advisor. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. This page is a product-stage draft and should be reviewed before a public launch.

The Service

AI Haircut Advisor helps users compare haircut directions using photo analysis, questionnaire answers, structured recommendation rules, optional AI-generated hairstyle previews, and barber-ready instructions.

The service is a decision-support tool. It is not a professional salon consultation and does not provide medical, dermatological, or other health advice.

Photo Authorization

You may upload only:

• a photo of yourself; or
• a photo you have clear permission to upload and process.

You must not upload a photo of an unaware third party or any person whose image you are not authorized to use. Where applicable law requires permission from a parent, guardian, or other authorized person, you must obtain it before uploading the photo.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Recommendations and Generated Previews

Recommendations are estimates based on the supplied photo, questionnaire answers, configured haircut data, and automated rules. A generated try-on is a visual planning aid and may not reproduce a real haircut exactly.

Hair condition, growth pattern, previous chemical treatments, barber technique, styling products, and other factors can affect the final result. A qualified barber or stylist should confirm feasibility before a significant change.

User Content

You retain the rights you have in photos and information you submit. You grant the service and its contracted providers a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested features.

Rights in generated output may be affected by applicable law and the terms of the AI provider used for a generation request.

Credits, Pricing, and Payments

Paid features, credit costs, validity periods, and refund conditions will be displayed before purchase. Failed provider requests and retries are handled according to the rules shown in the checkout or generation interface. Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider.

Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• upload content without the required rights or consent;
• use the service to harass, impersonate, exploit, or deceive another person;
• attempt to identify a person from derived facial information;
• bypass credits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
• interfere with service operation or attempt unauthorized access;
• use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

The service interface, recommendation taxonomy, software, branding, and original editorial content are owned by AI Haircut Advisor or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or redistribute those materials except as allowed by law.

Availability and Changes

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that recommendations, previews, or generated instructions will be error-free or suitable for every user.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Haircut Advisor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on a recommendation or generated preview.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
